Cleaning Procedures

Our main service for short-term rental properties is cleanings between guest stays. The main goal is to ensure your rental is always in perfect condition, and that guests feel fully cared for during their stay.

Bedroom / Living Room

  • Check under bed for left belongings

Cristalino Clean prides itself in communicating owners/property managers about stock supplies that may need refilling: toilet paper, stained sheets, laundry detergent, etc. We ensure that each home is left stocked with the supplies that are offered to each guest. If guests do not comply with the checkout rules and the home is messier than normal, we charge an additional fee based on the state of the home. If guests extend their stay and we are not notified of the changes, we will charge a travel fee.
